Steven Hileman

Steven Hileman is Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience at Togo Group, where he oversees brand positioning, marketing, and advocates for a cross-functional business strategy that places the customer at its center.

In his career, Steven has proven himself to be a versatile leader who blends technical aptitude with the creative impetus to develop authentic and compelling programs that resonate with core customer segments and drive the business forward.

His passion for technology is driven by the opportunity to give more people the confidence to experience the great outdoors.

As Togo Group’s chief evangelist, Steven is charged with positioning the young digital services company as the trusted sidekick for RV owners. His technical acumen is rooted in his deep understanding of the recreational vehicle industry and based on more than a decade of customer experience in some of the industry’s most well-known brands.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Operations Management from the University of Dayton. He recently completed an executive leadership program tailored for industry executives at the University of Notre Dame. Steven lives in Coldwater, Ohio, with his wife, two children, and their dog. Steven is a self-described automotive geek and early adopter of all things tech.
